Membership Info
Portland Metro Moms is a mixed group of stay at home moms and part and full time working moms. Portland Metro Moms offers support, friendship and activities to Portland area moms and their families. Among the services provided to members of Portland Metro Moms are:
- Support to new moms and moms in need
- Playgroups
- Monthly socials for moms and kids
- A moms walking group
- An evening book club
- Moms night out
- Volunteer community activities
- Holiday parties
- Family day get togethers
- and more
If you are interested in learning more about Portland Metro Moms, you are welcome and encouraged to attend a couple of our functions to see if the group is a good fit for you and your child(ren). Barring any holidays, we meet the first and third Monday of each month from 10am - noon at a facility in SW Portland. Attending one of those kid-friendly meetings is an excellent chance to get acquainted with the current membership and to see what our group is all about.
Our annual membership dues are $36, prorated from January (e.g. if you join in June, you would pay $18 for the current year and then the full $36 if/when you renewed the following January). Dues cover things like seasonal parties, group outings, speakers, babysitters during special meetings, etc. If you have additional questions, please feel free to email our Membership Coordinator at membership@portlandmetromoms.com.
